St. Patrick’s Nursery
- St. Patrick’s Parish Nursery School is an English medium school founded by Fr. Simon Almeida in 2004. The school conducts two batches of classes on the St. Patrick’s Parish premises and another two batches at the Wanowrie chapel. The first batch begins at 8:30 a.m. and finishes at 11:00 a.m., while the second batch starts at 11:30 a.m. and finishes at 2:00 p.m. for both areas.
- Admission to the school is for children who have completed three years of age. Every year admission forms are distributed in the first week of February. The last day to submit these forms is 31 March each year unless notified otherwise. The list of selected candidates is put up on the school notice board in the first week of April.
- Admission is open to all communities but preference is given to Catholic children, as this is a minority institution. The school strives wholeheartedly to train children for further schooling and to make education and learning a joyful and meaningful experience for them.
